Sam Pecorillo,
Sam and his Country Polka Gem's are the house band at Alpine Acres, a dance hall on his farm at Alpine, Oregon.  It was always Sam's desire to build a dance hall similar to those back East.  In 1991, that desire became a reality when he cleared and logged a swamp on the farm and built a hall.  The site is landscaped into picnic grounds and aptly named Alpine Acres.

Each year in August, Sam hosts a 3-day Musicians Jamboree and camp out with musicians and polka fans attending from many states. There are dances twice a month at Alpine Acres.  It is an ideal location and facility for weddings, picnics and parties and is available to rent.  When traveling through Oregon, stop by, take a rest and spend some time with us.
